Neighborhood Center Special Events are for youth that are registered in the Youth Recreation Program at either the John W. Wells Youth Center or the Pan American Community Center. Youth participants must be in grades K-12 and have a current 2018/2019 Youth Recreation Pass. Family members are welcome to participate in events that are “All Ages”.
